The Om Prakash Jogender Singh University Churu a prestigious group of institutions, commonly called the OPJS, was founded by Act 16 of 2013, which was made and promulgated on August 2, 2013, by the hon'ble Governor of Rajasthan. OPJS University Churu is spread across 32 acres of land surrounded by Aravalli Hills in a pollution-free, lush green and friendly environment. OPJS University Churu has taken every precaution to ensure that buildings and other constructions do not disrupt the area's ecological equilibrium.

Students from the weaker sections (SC/ST) are given more books from the Book Bank. Users can utilise the photocopying service at an affordable cost. There are numerous books, journals, video cassettes, and CD-ROMs available. The library is in the process of being fully computerised at OPJS University.
Campus Clinic at OPJS University- The OPJS University campus clinic of Om Prakash Jogender Singh University provides Outpatient, In-patient, and Emergency Care services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. specialised care of OPJS University is also available in Medicine and Gynecology, Dermatology, EYE, and Psychiatry.
